The automatic cleanliness analysis system developed and manufactured by Infilo Precision Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is an automatic scanning and analysis microscope. This equipment utilizes an automated polarization solution and features high efficiency, intelligence, and high precision. It is widely used in cleanliness testing for automotive parts, electronics, medical devices, optics, and other related fields.
High Resolution: Uses a Japanese Olympus BX53M metallographic microscope as the main unit, providing high magnification, clear imaging, and a resolution of 1μm.
Automated Polarized Light System: Employs the latest automatic electric polarization (no manual switching between polarized/bright field required), with a one-button streamlined design for easy operation.
Automatic Scanning: One-button start for automatic scanning and analysis. Uses the latest seamless stitching technology to ensure the original appearance of particles without misalignment, providing a full-view scan image (not a scaled-down image). Allows for precise positioning and review of each particle, ensuring accurate identification.
Intelligent Focusing: Automatically identifies blurry images during scanning and automatically compensates for focus. The focusing method is superior to traditional multi-point focusing methods.
