The cleanliness of components and parts is crucial for manufacturing processes. Meeting high standards for counting, analyzing, and classifying common microscopic contaminants and foreign particles is essential for all processes, from development and manufacturing to mass production and finished product quality control.
The OPG series cleanliness analysis system is specifically designed to meet the cleanliness requirements of modern industry and national and international standards. This system complies with international cleanliness testing standards such as ISO16232/VDA19, and its design and manufacturing strictly adhere to international standards.
The system utilizes core intelligent image stitching technology to intelligently scan standard filter membranes, providing seamless stitching and a global preview image, surpassing the performance of imported equipment; a single scan can identify all particles (metal, non-metal, and fibers), and the analysis results are visualized, allowing for the classification of all particles according to standard grade ranges.
The system features a continuous zoom stereomicroscope solution, the recommended solution for VDA19/ISO16232 cleanliness testing standards, providing greater depth of field and faster detection speed, with scanning and analysis of a single filter membrane taking only 2-3 minutes; it also features automatic polarized light technology and automatic light source technology, resulting in a high degree of automation.
Analysis results are stored in MAP format, and data is saved to a designated root directory for easy retrieval and re-analysis; it supports SQL database statistics, allowing users to select any time period to view and retrieve data on the largest metal particles, any particle size range, and present the data in trend charts.
The system's hardware and software performance have been developed and designed by a professional team, achieving a leading level in China. It is highly practical, and its performance and data capabilities surpass those of imported equipment, meeting the benchmarking needs of various customers.
The equipment design, manufacturing, and operation comply with VDA19.1-2015 Technical Cleanliness Testing and ISO16232-2018 international standards; it meets the standards of companies such as Volkswagen, General Motors, Toyota, Honda, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, CATL, aerospace, and military industries.
