Equipment Function Description

• Cleaning Function: Integrates pressure jet cleaning, flow rate cleaning, perfusion cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and online filtration and membrane formation of cleaning agents, as well as circulating fine filtration and recovery, enabling simultaneous cleaning of parts and filtration and recovery of particulate contaminants.

• Particulate Contaminant Collection: Collects particulate contaminants from the surface of the parts onto the filter membrane in a timely manner, allowing for the acquisition of a filter membrane sample after cleaning, effectively reducing the residence time of particulate contaminants in the cleaning agent.

• Operation Control System: Uses a dedicated touchscreen control system with professional measurement and control software, displaying the equipment's working status in real time; cleaning pressure and flow rate are adjustable; different cleaning nozzles can be used to quickly clean the internal cavities, blind holes, and overall surfaces of parts. Meets international and domestic standards such as ISO 16232, VDA 19, and GB/T 3821-2005, and is also compatible with aerospace cleanliness testing standards.

Equipment Application Scope

Widely applicable to particulate extraction and sample preparation for surface cleanliness testing of various automotive parts, including but not limited to engine blocks, cylinder heads, gears, crankshafts, connecting rods, camshafts, valves, pistons, rocker arms, transmission shafts, oil pumps, water pumps, turbochargers, oil pipes and circuits, and other parts and assemblies.
