The equipment features an integrated sheet metal and powder-coated design, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The shape and color scheme can be customized according to customer requirements. It integrates pressure jet cleaning, flow rate cleaning, filter membrane sample preparation (particle extraction), online cleaning agent filtration and recycling, and circulating fine filtration, enabling automated pressure cleaning and particle contaminant filtration and sample preparation. Combined with a mirror-finished integrated cleaning and inspection chamber, it can promptly collect particulate contaminants from the surface of parts onto the filter membrane. The filter membrane sample is obtained immediately after cleaning, effectively reducing the residence time of particulate contaminants in the cleaning agent.

• Tank Self-Spraying Function: Cleans the tank walls through nozzles inside the tank, can be activated according to set time or flow rate, quickly achieving a blank state or collecting residual contaminant particles.

• Three-Layer Filter Membrane Fixture: Drawer-type design, quick loading and unloading of membranes in 1 second, compatible with Φ47/50mm universal filter membranes, made of SUS304 material, standard with a three-layer filter holder, ensuring even distribution of impurities and convenient replacement.

• Online Real-Time Recycling and Filtration for Sample Preparation: The cleaning agent is automatically filtered and recycled through an online filter, eliminating the need for manual operation and promptly collecting particulate contaminants onto the detection filter membrane.

• Fine Filtration of Cleaning Agent: Integrated automatic precision filtration system ensures the cleanliness of the cleaning liquid, preventing self-contamination from affecting the test results. Cleanliness can be verified through the terminal filtration device.

• Automatic Liquid Addition and Drainage: 20L liquid storage tank capacity, supports automatic addition of cleaning liquid, and can be automatically drained using the drainage button when changing liquids, making operation worry-free.

• Auxiliary Lighting Configuration: Industrial-grade explosion-proof LED light, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable, with an IP67 protection rating.
