Equipment Introduction

This equipment integrates pressure jet cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, filter membrane sample preparation (particle extraction), online filtration and recycling of cleaning agents, and circulating fine filtration. It can automatically perform cleaning and particle contaminant filtration for sample preparation. Combined with a mirror-finished, sealed cleaning and inspection space, it can quickly collect particle contaminants from the surface of parts onto the filter membrane. The filter membrane sample is obtained immediately after cleaning, reducing the residence time of particle contaminants in the cleaning agent. Part spraying and particle sample preparation can be performed simultaneously without any transfer process, revolutionizing traditional manual cleaning and inspection methods, standardizing the cleanliness testing and control process, and improving testing efficiency.

The equipment's working status is displayed in real time. The cleaning and testing pressure is continuously adjustable, and the flow rate can be set. With different cleaning nozzles, it can quickly and conveniently clean the internal cavities, blind holes, and overall surfaces of parts. The cleaning liquid is automatically circulated and reused within the equipment. It is widely used in the cleanliness testing of various automotive parts. It complies with ISO16232-2018, VDA19-2015, and other OEM standards, meeting the cleanliness testing standards of major automotive manufacturers such as Bosch, ZF, Volkswagen, General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Ford.
