The Infiro automatic cleaning machine is designed for precision workpieces in fields such as automotive parts, new energy, and aerospace. Based on the principle of high-pressure spraying, it efficiently removes and collects solid particles (such as metal chips, dust, and oil residues) from the surface and internal cavities of workpieces onto a filter membrane, providing samples for subsequent particle analysis (size, quantity, and composition). The core of the equipment consists of an extraction system, filtration system, temperature control system, and intelligent control system. The entire process adheres to industry cleanliness testing standards such as VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232, ensuring the repeatability, accuracy, and traceability of the extraction process.
