Equipment Introduction

The OPG automatic perfusion cleaning machine is a specialized pre-treatment equipment designed for cleanliness testing of internal cavity, pipeline, and porous structure workpieces. Based on the principle of turbulent flow cleaning, it allows the extraction fluid to flow through the internal channels of the workpiece at high pressure and high speed (Re≥4000), efficiently stripping and collecting particulate impurities attached to the inner wall. The entire process complies with industry standards such as VDA 19.1 and ISO 16232, and is widely used in the cleanliness testing of components such as radiators, AI liquid-cooled servers, pipelines, water pumps, and water-cooled plates.
