The OPG 100A cleanliness analysis system, developed and manufactured by Infilo Precision Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., is an automatic scanning and analysis microscope. This device utilizes an automated polarization solution and features high efficiency, intelligence, and high precision. It is widely used in cleanliness testing for automotive parts, batteries, electronics, medical devices, optics, and other related industries.

Product Features

One-click scanning: After placing the filter membrane, simply press one button to start scanning and calculating particles (metal, non-metal, and fibers) without any other complex operations.

High resolution: Uses an imported microscope as the main unit, providing high magnification, clear imaging, and a resolution of 1μm.

Automated polarized light system: Employs the latest automatic electric polarization (no manual switching between polarized/bright field required), with a one-click streamlined design for easy operation.

Repeatability: Different testers can continuously scan the same filter membrane with a result error of 2%, and a particle calibration sheet error of RSD ≤ 2 pixels.

Automatic light source: The software automatically recognizes image clarity and adjusts the light source brightness.
