There are various methods for detecting copper and zinc particles in lithium battery raw materials, including chemical analysis, spectroscopic analysis, and electron microscopy.
Chemical analysis primarily determines the composition of particles through chemical reactions. This method is simple to operate but has low accuracy and is easily affected by other impurities. Spectroscopic analysis utilizes the absorption and emission characteristics of substances to perform analysis, offering higher accuracy but requiring specialized equipment and operators.
Electron microscopy offers higher accuracy and resolution compared to traditional chemical analysis and spectroscopic analysis, enabling more accurate revelation of the microstructure and properties of copper and zinc particles. Electron microscopy also has advantages such as non-destructive testing and repeatability. However, electron microscopy also has its limitations, such as high equipment costs and complex operation, requiring professional technicians for operation and maintenance.
