The control of magnetic foreign particles in battery components and lithium battery raw materials is becoming increasingly stringent.

The British FASMEI cleanliness analysis system is specifically designed to meet the cleanliness requirements of modern industry and national and international standards.

This system meets international cleanliness testing standards such as ISO16232/VDA19, and its design and manufacturing strictly follow international standards.

It uses core intelligent image stitching technology to intelligently scan standard filter membranes, seamlessly stitching images for a global preview, surpassing other equipment in the industry.

A single scan can identify all particles (metal, non-metal, fiber), and the analysis results can be visualized. All particles are classified according to standard grade ranges.

The system adopts a continuous variable magnification stereomicroscope solution, a solution recommended by the VDA19/ISO16232 cleanliness testing standards, allowing for greater depth of field and faster detection speed.

Only one scan is required, with automatic polarized light technology and a high degree of automation.

Analysis results are stored as MAP images, and data is saved to a designated root directory, allowing for easy retrieval and re-analysis.

SQL database statistics allow you to select any time period to view and retrieve data on metal particles and any particle size range, and present the data in trend charts.
