The 9th Global Power Lithium Battery Cathode Material Conference and the 2nd Lithium Battery Recycling Summit, hosted by Wangcai New Media, was successfully held in Qingdao from July 6th to 7th, 2023.

Yingfeiluo Precision Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., a high-tech manufacturing enterprise specializing in automotive parts and lithium battery cleanliness testing equipment, participated in the conference as scheduled. The conference focused on cleanliness testing of new energy vehicles and lithium battery cathode materials, and facilitated exchanges and discussions with industry partners on magnetic particle analysis systems, cleanliness analysis technologies, and other related topics, exploring the future development of the industry.

In recent years, the Chinese new energy vehicle market has developed rapidly. From 2016 to 2021, my country's power battery installed capacity increased from 28.2 GWh to 154.5 GWh, and relevant data predicts that the domestic power battery installed capacity will reach 762 GWh in 2026. Coupled with the demand from the energy storage battery market, the supply situation for lithium battery materials in my country is very challenging. As a crucial component of power batteries, cathode materials are subject to multiple factors such as technological iteration and fluctuations in raw material prices, resulting in a multi-technology route development trend. Therefore, the cleanliness of new energy lithium battery cathode materials is of paramount importance.

The Infilo cleanliness analysis system is widely used in the new energy vehicle and lithium battery industries, including positive electrode materials, negative electrode materials, separators, battery cell control systems, electrolytes, and thermal management systems, meeting the VDA19/ISO16232 cleanliness testing standards.
