Recently, Hubei Chuneng officially purchased the FASMEI automatic cleanliness analysis system, specifically for the precise control of foreign particles in core raw materials such as cathode and anode materials. The FASMEI automatic cleanliness analysis system surpasses well-known German brands in core performance, particularly meeting Hubei Chuneng's large-scale production testing needs. The system features a new generation of single-scan technology, with a single sample scanning time of 3 minutes, doubling the detection efficiency compared to similar German equipment, perfectly matching the batch testing rhythm of tens of thousands of tons of raw materials. In terms of detection accuracy, thanks to its 18:1 ultra-high magnification optical system and intelligent recognition algorithm, it can accurately capture tiny metal and non-metal particles ≥5μm, with a recognition error controlled within 2%. It can effectively distinguish high-risk magnetic foreign objects from ordinary impurities, and the detection data strictly conforms to the VDA19.1 industry standard, solving the industry pain points of "inaccurate measurement and high missed detection rates" of traditional detection methods.

This collaboration is of crucial value to Hubei Chuneng's quality upgrade: through the FASMEI system, they can achieve source control of foreign particles in raw materials, mitigating battery safety risks from the production front end, and building a strong quality defense for their high-end products such as 588Ah-1000Ah energy storage batteries and "Mount Everest series" fast-charging power batteries. At the same time, the system's SQL database enables full-process traceability and trend analysis of detection data, providing data support for raw material process optimization.
