1. Cleanliness Extraction Equipment
Suitable for parts requiring overall surface spraying, local surface rinsing, overall ultrasonic cleaning, and internal cavity pressure jet cleaning, and requiring product cleanliness testing using methods such as pressure cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning. For example: cleanliness testing of engine cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts, connecting rods, camshafts, valves, pistons, rocker arms, transmission shafts, oil pumps, water pumps, turbochargers, and other parts and assemblies.

2. Cleanliness Analysis System

It is a new dynamic non-destructive method for particle extraction, making technical cleanliness testing of large, high-surface-area parts and on-site working environments more efficient, economical, accurate, and industry-specific, especially for lithium battery component testing.
> The equipment's suction-based collection method for contaminant particles has been tested and certified using the exponential decay method, fully complying with the relevant regulations and requirements for particle collection steps in VDA 19.1 or ISO 16232. Therefore, it meets the requirements of VDA 19.1 for reproducible comparison of subsequent microscopic analysis results.
